Always keep in mind that our goal is to help the clients be successful. Success refers to helping clients meet goals, feel good about themselves, and to learn new things. Success leads to an increase in independence and functional performance.
The way we can help manage behaviors is to acknowledge that everything is a behavior. The goal is to replace negative behaviors with positive ones.

We need to redirect their inappropriate behavior. They need to understand that there are consequences for behaviors . Address the issue with the behavior that was triggered. And when the behavior ceases they will get positive reinforcements.

Redirect behavior to a positive one . Let them know there is consequences for certain actions . Handle the situation at hand . When they show a change in behavior to positive reward them . A- Antecedent B- Behavior C- Consequences
Redirect their attention away from the negative behavior and try to redirect them to a positive manner , handle what’s bothering them. make them satisfied with something positive 1: Antecedent 2:Behavior 3:Consequences
