Client Right #11: "A right to possess and control your own cash resources. A right to wear your own clothes, to posses and use your own personal items, including your own toilet articles."
Cultural competence is about our will and actions to build understanding between people. To be respectful and open to different cultural perspectives, strengthen cultural security and work towards equality in opportunity.

1) Describe what an Inclusive Workforce means to you.

An inclusive workforce is one in which all individuals feel respected, valued, and welcomed, and are provided with equal opportunities to grow, contribute, and succeed.
An inclusive workforce means creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute, regardless of their background, culture, or identity. It's about embracing diversity and
promoting equity, ensuring all voices are heard and opportunities are accessible to all.
For me, it means being culturally competent, respecting individual differences, and fostering a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.
An inclusive work force is a workplace where people of all backgrounds and abilities are welcomed and treated fairly.
An inclusive means each person is an individual with unique preferences strengths and perspectives. Each of us want to be respected and understood and being open minded
An inclusive workplace is where people feel respected no matter what ethnicity they are.
