Good housekeeping is the foundation of a safe, healthy and pleasant workplace. It is essential that all areas be kept clean, orderly, and with all necessary things in the proper places. Good housekeeping is a day to day activity and should not be viewed as a separate task or something to do after the shift. Clean up time is all the time!
1) Name a few ways you can help to keep the homes clean and tidy?
2) Please list the way (order) in which a bed at the facility should be made?

Making sure everything is organized around the rooms like the closet, go over clothes that have been hanged for a while that can dusty,check drawers for trash and or organize clothes, mirror area where stuff is put, putting stuff where it belongs or organize it, wiping, sanitizing furniture, cleaning mirrors, putting hazardous materials or other stuff that can be a danger, vacuuming the rooms and under bed,open windows when able to let air in, clean window screen, empty trash cans, check for trash under bed, organize a wipe dusty shoes, get rid of old items, clothes that arent good, spray some lysol, make sure laundry is taken care of, sanitize the bathrooms good, door knobs santized, windows clean, diner tabl…
Maintaining a clean and healthy environment , sanitizing and eliminating hazardous germs, create a routine that helps you to get everything done efficiently
