1) Describe what an Inclusive Workforce means to you.

An inclusive workforce to me is one that accepts diversity and inclusion. These revolve under day to day interaction with coworkers and everyone in the workplace leading to feeling more valued and accepted, giving more room for better learning, support, development and growth.
An inclusive workforce to me, means that everyone of all different genders, sexual orientation, race or religion should have a voice in the workplace. and should never feel excluded.
A work place were your happy to come every day to work, feel safe, does not matter what race/culture you are,or disabilities.(Equality,Respect)
An inclusive workplace is one where people with all kinds of differences and disabilities feel welcome and valued for their contributions. It's a place where people with disabilities both visible and invisible disabilities have the same opportunities for advancement as their co-workers.
I think the key considerations and awareness for LGBT an inclusive workforce is all the person feel comfortable, safe, respected and with the same opportunities to progress.
