Cultural competence refers to a combination of knowledge, skills and awareness pertaining to cultural differences and different interpretations across groups.
It includes the awareness of and respect for differences, without making assumptions that everyone from a particular background holds the same beliefs and practices.

2) What does an Inclusive Workforce mean?

1.) Diversity is a wide range of people that come from different backgrounds and cultures. 2.) An inclusion workplace is a workplace where everyone feels important and valued.
Diversity means different people with different backgrounds, religion and so on.
An inclusive work place means that everyone has a voice and is respected and involved.

An inclusive workplace is defined as a work environment that makes every employee feel valued while also acknowledging their differences and how these differences contribute to the organization's culture and business development

Diversity= Rang of people with cultural backgrounds and various lifestyle experience and interests. An inclusive workforce mean
