In the event a client has a seizure you must make sure to stay calm and monitor the client. Keep track of how long the seizure happened and the time that it occured. If possible, prop their head on a pillow or cushion. Its important not to try to wake a client during a seizure. Be patient and alert for anything that happens during or afterwards in case of an emergency.

How I would help a client during Seizure . 1. I would stay calm and remain with the person. 2. Keep them safe and protect them from injury. 3. Place something soft under thier head and loosen any tight clothing. 4. Reassure the person until they recover. Thing Not To Do During Seizure. 1. Do not hold the person down or try to stop his or her movement. 2. Do not put anything in the person mouth this can injure teeth or the jaw. 3. Do not try to give mouth to mouth breathing, like CPP. 4. Do not offer the person water or food until he or she is fully alert.
