Anti-Harassment Policy

It is Sublime Living & Eubank Ranch policy to maintain a work environment free of harassment for all employees regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and reprisal for protected activity.

Violence can be defined as the use of physical force with the intent to injure another person or destroy property, while aggression is generally defined as angry or violent feelings or behavior. A person who is aggressive does not necessarily act out with violence.

Violence isn't the only way to show harassment. There are many other ways someone can make someone eles feel uncomfortable with just words or simple gestures can be inappropriate.

Someone’s individual behavior doesn’t need to be violent nor aggressive to be hostile. It can be facial expression , unwelcomed verbal and physical conduct ,sarcasm , as well as offensive comments and jokes . Racial & sexual comments.
