Client Right #1: "A right to treatment and habilitation services and supports in the least restrictive environment. Treatment and habilitation services and supports should foster the developmental potential of the person and be directed toward the achievement of the most independent, productive, and normal lives possible. Such services shall protect the personal liberty of the individual and shall be provided with the least restrictive conditions necessary to achieve the purposes of the treatment, services or supports."
It is company policy to maintain a work environment free of harassment for all employees regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and reprisal for protected activity.

Question: Must an employee's behavior be violent or display anger to be considered hostile?

No you can not. If an employees show violent behavior that means he or she can't work with any clients. An employee must talk to the client clearly and say stop for the unacceptable behavior the client is showing
No. Hostile behavior may include derogatory statements, or may include saying or doing things that make another person feel inferior or uncomfortable
No an employees behavior does not have to be violent or display anger to be considered hostile. Even ignoring a person or always desagreeing with that person can also be considered hostile.Along with many other ways that can make a person uncomfortable.
1.) A employee’s behavior doesn’t need to be violent or display anger to be considered hostile it can be like if you yell or make them feel uncomfortable.
No an employees behavior does not have to be violent to be consider a hostile environment it can be an intimidating behavior or threatening behavior or even making someone feel uncomfortable.
