How to prevent Harassment
Build a positive and respectful work environment by leading with example.
Harassment is any unwelcome behavior that intimidates, discriminates, or creates a hostile environment based on their race, gender, religion, or other factors. We can prevent it by maintaining an inclusive environment, promoting awareness through education, and implementing clear policies. Speaking up against harassment and supporting victims is the key to creating a safe space for everyone.
Harassment is against the law and has no place in society.
Anti-harassment procedures are very important to any work environment. They are set up to address employees allegations of harassment and take immediate, appropriate and corrective action to eliminate such conduct.
It's important to keep a professional stature at work and establish boundaries between yourself and your coworkers, clients and in general.
