Harassment to me are any abusive words or phrases that are inappropriate and can hurt someone’s feelings. This includes any slurs or negative stereotyping and/or threatening and intimidating or hostile acts such as offensive jokes.

We can help to prevent harassment by thinking before we speak. We need to be mindful of the type of humor we use in the workplace. Don’t let peer pressure influence you to behave in ways you wouldn’t normally behave. Think about what effects your actions would have on others.

Harassment is any unwelcome behavior that intimidates, discriminates, or creates a hostile environment based on their race, gender, religion, or other factors. We can prevent it by maintaining an inclusive environment, promoting awareness through education, and implementing clear policies. Speaking up against harassment and supporting victims is the key to creating a safe space for everyone.

Harassment is against the law and has no place in society.

Anti-harassment procedures are very important to any work environment. They are set up to address employees allegations of harassment and take immediate, appropriate and corrective action to eliminate such conduct.

It's important to keep a professional stature at work and establish boundaries between yourself and your coworkers, clients and in general.

Harassment is any behavior unwelcoming to an employee if someone is insulting or discriminating towards you. Harassment can be prevented by trainings and policies.
