A natural disaster or unexpected emergency can strike at any time. That's why its so important to have employees who can respond quickly and effectively before, during and after an emergency.

-go to the Training Folder,
-open 2. Emergency Disaster Plan Questions for STAFF,
-pick one question from the list and post your answer to it in the blog section.
Included are questions that every staff member should be aware of in case of an emergency. Try to answer as many questions as you can. If you don't know the answer to a question ask another staff member or ask management. Being prepared equals SUCCESS!

Check for breathing. If they are not breathing, start CPR.
Perform 30 chest compressions.
Perform two rescue breaths.
Repeat until an ambulance or automated external defibrillator (AED) arrives.
